For cancellations, please contact us directly via email (makeupdiff001@gmail.com) at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged in full for your booked service. If you inform us within this time frame, you’ll receive a full refund in 5-10 working days. Cancellations made after this 48 hour period or “no shows” will result in no amount being made refundable to the client.

For services actually booked less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, the full amount will be seen as confirmation of your attendance and no amount is able to be returned to the client because of this.
The shortest appointment is 50 minutes and the longest appointment is 90 minutes. My service times are precise and fitting for the service booked. The specific time allows for a good beginning consultation, a makeup application you’re clued in on at every step, time for any last minute changes and for some gorgeous photos at the end.
